Vexon Oil and Gas, LLC is a trusted partner to the energy sector. Our core business is wholesale fuel: the procurement, storage, transportation, and distribution of gasoline and diesel to commercial, retail, and international customers. We move product across Texas every day, deliver more than 38 million gallons a year into Mexico, and supply refined products by vessel to Central America and the Caribbean.
Alongside the fuel business, Vexon offers supporting capabilities to producers and operators, drilling fluid distribution and oilfield support services, delivered with qualified service partners. Safety Is Non-Negotiable
Vexon Oil and Gas operates under a firm, zero-deviation standard with respect to safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship. All activities are performed strictly in accordance with applicable federal, state, and international laws, rules, and regulatory directives, including the requirements administered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA). Compliance obligations are formally documented, subject to continuous internal review, and verified through structured audits and independent third-party assessment as required.
The Company maintains comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) controls governing operational risk, environmental monitoring, and incident-prevention activities. Monitoring protocols encompass air emissions, surface and groundwater quality, soil integrity, and operational noise exposure, and are executed pursuant to established sampling methodologies, reporting obligations, and corrective-action procedures consistent with regulatory guidance and recognized industry standards.
All waste streams generated during operational activities are handled, transported, stored, treated, and disposed of strictly in accordance with governing statutes, permit conditions, and applicable regulatory classifications, under documented procedures that ensure material traceability, chain-of-custody integrity, record retention, and auditability.
No operational activity is authorized or permitted to proceed in the absence of full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, safety controls, and documented operating procedures.

Leads international sales and business development throughout Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Manages cross-border fuel distribution via truck, rail, and vessel.

Controller
Directs all financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Manages compliance with tax requirements and regulatory filings.

Director of Supply & Trading
Manages procurement and supplier relationships for wholesale fuel operations, sourcing gasoline, diesel, and refined petroleum products from major refiners.
Ariel Zamora
VP of Logistics
Oversees transportation and logistics operations. Manages fuel distribution network including bulk storage terminals, loading racks, and fleet operations.
Gerardo Payan Ramos
Mexico Business Development & Client Relations
Brings over 30 years of experience in the energy sector with expertise in LNG operations, hydrogen technologies, and cogeneration systems. Serves as the primary liaison for Vexon's key accounts in Mexico, leveraging his bilingual capabilities and extensive network across Latin America.
